“Guided by Abraham Lincoln’s timeless insight that ‘a house divided against itself cannot stand,’

I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families see beyond what is to what can be.

I believe honesty and authenticity are essential for relationships to thrive.”

Hi, I’m Paul Vazquez!

About Paul

Paul recognizes that no one lives in isolation. Rather, we all exist within complex family, relational, and social systems. His goal is to help you navigate these systems and develop healthy, meaningful ways to connect with the people in your life.

Paul’s path to counseling brings a unique blend of diverse experiences. He is a Florida native and an alumnus of Florida State University, where he earned degrees in Biological Science, Psychology, and Law. Before returning to school to further pursue his lifelong passion for helping others, he spent 35 years as a practicing attorney. This extensive legal background included roles as a certified mediator, conflict resolution coach, and adjunct instructor teaching courses in reconciling marital conflict, mediation, and practical theology.

Today, as a student intern, Paul is channeling this deep experience into his true calling, currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Colorado Christian University.

When not studying or working with clients, Paul enjoys life with his wife of 39 years, his four children and their spouses, and his three grandchildren. He also enjoys meaningful conversations that help people explore and better understand life’s challenges and our reason for being.
